ShoreSMP is a community I've been a part of and believe in, which is why I'm pursuing a staff position there. My goal is to bring my experience in moderation, community engagement, and server management to help maintain a positive, organized, and enjoyable environment for every player. I understand what it takes to keep a Minecraft SMP community running smoothly: clear rules enforced fairly, fast response times to issues, and a genuine commitment to making every member feel welcome.
As a staff member, I plan to contribute not just through moderation but also through proactive community building. That means organizing events, gathering player feedback, and working with the rest of the team to continuously improve the server experience. I've managed and moderated multiple communities before, so I know how to de-escalate conflicts, communicate clearly with both players and fellow staff, and stay calm under pressure during busy or tense moments.
I'm also eager to bring my technical skills to the table. Whether it's setting up Discord integrations, automating routine tasks, or helping troubleshoot server-side issues, I want to be more than just another moderator. My aim is to be a versatile team member who can step up wherever ShoreSMP needs support, helping the community grow and thrive for the long term.
